Groundwork Development Group is a Limited Liability Company domiciled in the state of Washington. This company is capitalized by two members who are the principal investors and managers of the company; Jonathan Tomlinson and Benjamin Tomlinson.

The following is some background information about the managers of Groundwork Development Group.

Benjamin has a Bachelor's degree and Master's degree in Architecture from the University of Idaho. Following school, Benjamin went to work at a leading architectural firm in the Seattle area. He currently manages the daily operations and is the chief architect for Groundwork Properties, Inc. which is a design/build general contractor based in Seattle specializing in residential remodels and new construction as well as light commercial remodels. Benjamin has developed a well rounded technical knowledge as well as experience in sustainable design. Additionally, he has managed client and sub-consultant relationships on projects ranging from just a few thousand dollars to multi-million dollar projects.

Jonathan has a Bachelor's degree in Business focusing in Production & Operations Management, and a Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, both from the University of Idaho. Following school, Jonathan went to work for an aerospace company in the Seattle area working in program management and contract management. Jonathan has managed complex, multi-year development programs for avionics software and hardware, negotiated multi-million dollar contracts, licensed intellectual property, and obtained valuable customer service skills from dealing with both internal and external customers and suppliers. In addition, Jonathan is a licensed real estate broker.

The team feels they offer a complete mix of business and architectural skills that will prove invaluable to the company and clients.
